One acre +/- with approximately 150 feet of frontage on N. Laburnum. The property will be created from a parcel to be subdivided from the property described as the listing address herein. This new parcel will be generally rectangular in shape, comprise 1 acre plus or minus, and be generally bordered on the west by 4704 Steeple LN, on the south by Steeple LN, on the east by N. Laburnum AVE, and on the north by the remaining land with improvements comprising the property described as the listing address. The final shape and size of the newly created parcel after subdividing shall be agreed to by sellers and purchasers to proceed to settlement. Purchaser shall pay all costs necessary and associated with survey, subdividing, rezoning, and recording the new, to be created parcel.
